1、經(jīng)尿道電切綜合征模型的建立和心功能評價來源:醫(yī)學(xué)論文發(fā)表——創(chuàng)新醫(yī)學(xué)網(wǎng)http://www.yixue360.com/ 作者:馮艷紅作者單位:遼寧醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第一醫(yī)院泌尿外科,遼寧錦州121001 【摘要】目的以5%甘露醇沖洗液建立犬經(jīng)尿道電切綜合征(TURS)模型,探討TURS對心功能影響。方法家犬8只,以100mL/min速度靜脈輸入5%甘露醇沖洗液3000mL,建立犬TURS模型;于輸液前和輸液后10、20、30、60min,測定心功能,血清鉀、鈉、氯濃度,心肌酶譜,心電圖,并進(jìn)行病理觀察。結(jié)果心率、左室舒張期末內(nèi)徑、收縮
2、期末內(nèi)徑在30min時增加(P值均<0.05),收縮壓、舒張壓、脈壓和射血分?jǐn)?shù)30min時降低(P值均<0.05)。血清天冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、乳酸脫氫酶、肌酸激酶和肌酸激酶同工酶在60min時的變化無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。TURS時心電圖可有心律不齊和心肌缺血改變。病理觀察示心肌纖維間充血和局部變性,肺臟水腫。結(jié)論TURS可引起心功能改變,并造成心肌損傷。發(fā)生TURS時心率和血壓的改變出現(xiàn)較早,應(yīng)足夠重視,并及時的檢測血清離子?! 娟P(guān)鍵詞】經(jīng)尿道電切綜合征水中毒心功能心肌酶譜犬 EstablishmentoftheTransu
