6、try)whichisverysensitivemethodforenzymekinetics,PF0356enzymerevealedthehighestcatalyticef?ciencytowardp-nitrophenyl-b-D-mannopyranoside(3.02kcat/Km)andmannobiose(4.32kcat/Km).Theenzymeshowedtransglycosylationandtransgalactosylationactivitiestowardcellobiose,lacto
