1、32SCoolMax/棉(55/45)紗的上漿性能研究摘要在祖克S432型漿紗機(jī)上對C/Coolmax45/5531.25tex紗進(jìn)行高壓上漿,采用“先重后輕”的漿紗工藝滿足了織造生產(chǎn)的要求;漿料配方以丙烯酸為主漿料,輔以PVA?1799及變性淀粉等漿料,漿液符合“?高濃低粘”要求,增加了漿紗的耐磨性,減少了毛羽再生。漿紗的目的是為了賦予經(jīng)紗抵御外部復(fù)雜機(jī)械力作用的能力,提高經(jīng)紗的可織性,保證織造過程的順利進(jìn)行。除股線,單纖長絲,加捻長絲,變性絲,網(wǎng)絡(luò)度較高的網(wǎng)絡(luò)絲外,幾乎所有的短纖紗和長絲均需要
2、上漿加工。上漿就是把一定數(shù)量的漿液粘附在經(jīng)紗上,經(jīng)烘燥后形成漿膜。上漿后的經(jīng)紗,紗體周圍粘附一層漿液,烘燥后形成堅(jiān)韌的漿膜,使毛羽貼伏,紗線光滑而耐磨;漿液中的小部分浸入紗線的里層,使纖維間相互粘接,增大纖維間的抱合力,提高了紗線的斷裂強(qiáng)度。聚丙烯酸酯漿料在經(jīng)紗上漿中起著重要作用,它可形成高含固率、低粘度的漿液,適合新型的“高濃、高壓、低粘”上漿工藝。通過分子構(gòu)成,聚丙烯酸酯漿料可以有漿膜柔韌、粘附力高、吸濕性低等特點(diǎn),此外,聚丙烯酸酯漿料在一定程度上還是綠色漿料,易生物降解。這對環(huán)境保護(hù)有一定意
