“生態(tài)格網(wǎng)”堤坡防護(hù)技術(shù)施工規(guī)程l總則1．1生態(tài)格網(wǎng)防護(hù)工程是一種將多絞六角形格網(wǎng)片組裝成箱籠，并裝入塊石等填充料后，用作護(hù)岸的新技術(shù)。按結(jié)構(gòu)形式可以分為擋墻、護(hù)坡、護(hù)底、護(hù)腳、水下拋石籠等。習(xí)慣上又將護(hù)坡、護(hù)底工程上常用的較薄的一種箱籠稱(chēng)“生態(tài)格網(wǎng)”網(wǎng)墊(高度一般在17—30cm）。擋墻、拋石籠常用的較厚的一種稱(chēng)為“生態(tài)格網(wǎng)”網(wǎng)箱（一般高度在50cm以上)。治理山坡，綠化植被及水土保持常用的則稱(chēng)為“生態(tài)格網(wǎng)”掛網(wǎng)。“生態(tài)格網(wǎng)”網(wǎng)片系熱鍍鋅低碳鋼絲，或者鍍鋁鋅低碳鋼絲,也可以加涂樹(shù)脂保護(hù)膜后經(jīng)專(zhuān)用機(jī)械編織而成，視用途可組裝成所需要的形狀.1．2為規(guī)范“生態(tài)格網(wǎng)”箱籠的施工程序和施工技術(shù)，確保工程施工質(zhì)量,不留隱患，達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，收到預(yù)期的工程與生態(tài)環(huán)境有機(jī)結(jié)合的效果,特制定本規(guī)程。1．3本規(guī)程依據(jù)《堤防工程施工規(guī)范》（sL260．98）制訂?！皅ualified,finishedfixed.(4)thenecessaryconstructionequipmentconfigurationsareinplace,constructionworkersarrivedatthescene,holdingavalidworkpermitandcertificateofthecorrespondingtype.(5)theconstructionplanapproval,constructiontechnologytogivethelow-downtheworkhasbeencompleted.(6)enterthesiteinspectionofpipes,pipefittings,valvesandothercomprehensive.Pipes,pipesurfaceshallbefreeofcracks,scars,porosity,slag,folds,severecorrosionandotherdefects,openingandcloseflexibly,maintenanceofhighpressurevalvesoneatastrengthandtightnesstest,passtheinspection,testpipes,valvescleantheclosedlogo,placedneatlyinthespecifiedlocation.(7)enterthesceneofthepipelinecomponents,preformsaredesignedaccordingtotheirdocumentationrequirements,themodels,specifications,material,quantitycheck.(8)thepipelineofhighpressurepipeprefabricationfactoryintothescene,shouldcontrolone-linediagram,checkbytheirspecifications,sizes,materialsandtrends.1.2....,Itisimportanttoensurecorrectsizeandsurfaceroughness.Nomatterwhichmethodofcutting,withanglegrindercuttingsurfaceoxide,dross,ruggedandBurrBurrandGrind.(2)theincisionqualityshallconformtothefollowingprovisionsofthepipe:cutsurfacesshouldbesmooth,freefromcracks,heavyleather,Burr,bump,necking,dross,ferrousoxide,iron,etc.Cutsideslopedeviationshouldnotexceed1%oftheoutsidediameterofthepipe,andmustnotexceed3mm.1.2.4thepipinginstallation(1)afterinstallingtheorderprincipleisthefirstlarge-caliber,small-bore,highfirst,thentheground,OutdoorIndoor,headafterthefirstpipe,andpipemovingdeviceconnection,preferablyfromthedevicetotheexternalpiping,pipingandpipelineinstallationsynchronization.(2)prefabricatedpiping,pipeline,andthepipelineshould
