6、castingvibrationmechanismfour-barlinkageo52fshortarmcurvaturecenterarcmovement摘要結(jié)晶器振動(dòng)裝置是連鑄機(jī)的重要設(shè)備之一,其主要作用是使風(fēng)壁獲得良好的潤(rùn)滑條件,減少磨擦力,防止鋼水與內(nèi)壁的粘結(jié),同時(shí)還可以改善鑄坯的表面質(zhì)量。而且當(dāng)發(fā)生粘結(jié)時(shí),振動(dòng)能強(qiáng)制脫模,消除粘結(jié)。振動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)是使結(jié)晶器產(chǎn)生所需要的振動(dòng),因此任何振動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)都必須滿(mǎn)足兩個(gè)基本條件:第一,使結(jié)晶器準(zhǔn)確地沿著一定的軌跡振動(dòng)。第二,使結(jié)晶器按著一定的規(guī)律振動(dòng)。結(jié)晶器實(shí)現(xiàn)弧形運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的方式有:導(dǎo)軌式、長(zhǎng)臂式、差動(dòng)式、雙搖桿式、四偏心式
