1、洛陽理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)樂山金川4700t/d熟料新型干法水泥生產(chǎn)線制成車間工藝設(shè)計-P·O42.5R;P·C32.5摘要本設(shè)計詳細(xì)地論述了日產(chǎn)4700t/d熟料新型干法水泥廠整個生產(chǎn)工藝流程,生產(chǎn)P·O42.5R;P·C32.5水泥。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品要求進行熟料礦物組成設(shè)計和配料計算;完成了物料平衡、主機平衡及儲庫這三大平衡計算,由物料平衡確定主機選型以及由儲庫平衡來確定堆場、堆棚和圓庫的規(guī)格。重點設(shè)計放在制成車間—采用國內(nèi)應(yīng)用較多的聯(lián)合粉磨系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)設(shè)計要求進行重點車間工藝計算和主要設(shè)備選型,合理安排車間工藝布置
