1、中文摘要摘要隨著傳感器技術(shù)、電子技術(shù)、微機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,稱重技術(shù)得到了快速發(fā)展,數(shù)字化,智能化在稱重裝置中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛并且有了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,由此稱重裝置的研究也進(jìn)入了一個(gè)新的階段。皮帶秤是安裝在皮帶輸送機(jī)上適當(dāng)位置上的對(duì)散裝貨物進(jìn)行連續(xù)、累計(jì)稱量的計(jì)量器具。是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用最廣泛的檢測(cè)技術(shù)設(shè)備之一,經(jīng)常應(yīng)用于在礦山、冶金、煤炭、化工、建材、輕工等行業(yè)。在眾多場(chǎng)合,電子皮帶秤可以起到減員增效,節(jié)支創(chuàng)收,減少誤差的作用,大大提高了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的自動(dòng)化程度。本課題深入研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外電子皮帶秤的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì),并且分析研究了電子皮
2、帶秤的原理與總體結(jié)構(gòu),采用多托輥懸浮式秤架結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)有物體通過時(shí),其重量通過皮帶秤體傳送到稱重傳感器,稱重傳感器的稱重信號(hào)進(jìn)過放大電路后輸入模數(shù)(A/D)轉(zhuǎn)換器進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號(hào)輸送到微處理器的CPU進(jìn)行處理,CPU不斷掃描鍵盤和各種功能開關(guān),并根據(jù)鍵盤開關(guān)和各種功能開關(guān)的功能進(jìn)行處理,以實(shí)現(xiàn)電子皮帶秤的自動(dòng)化控制。關(guān)鍵詞:8051單片機(jī),電子皮帶秤,控制系統(tǒng)IAbstractAbstractWiththedevelopmentofsensor,electronicandcomputertechnology,thew
