1、南京林業(yè)大學(xué)2007屆本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文設(shè)計(jì)總說明書目前，組合機(jī)床的需求量很大，國(guó)家鼓勵(lì)其出口。而國(guó)內(nèi)汽車工業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展也勢(shì)必導(dǎo)致各類零部件加工量的增大。因此，組合機(jī)床可多刀、多軸、多面、多工位加工的優(yōu)點(diǎn)就顯得尤為突出。本設(shè)計(jì)就是在攻絲組合機(jī)床的設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)上（比如攻絲加工設(shè)計(jì)、組合機(jī)床總體設(shè)計(jì)、夾具設(shè)計(jì)等），將PLC控制技術(shù)應(yīng)用到其中，通過事先編制好的程序來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)攻絲加工要求，以便快速、簡(jiǎn)便地獲得所要加工的零件。這種設(shè)計(jì)方案的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于所有被加工孔可一次加工完成，可大批大量生產(chǎn)，且生產(chǎn)時(shí)可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人加工或少部分人看管，也可進(jìn)一
