1、河南理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計平煤一礦礦井通風(fēng)設(shè)計摘要:本設(shè)計是根據(jù)中平能化集團(tuán)平煤一礦的實際情況進(jìn)行的局部礦井設(shè)計。井田內(nèi)煤層賦存比較穩(wěn)定,煤層傾角為3°—19°,平均煤厚1.93m,整體地質(zhì)條件比較簡單。根據(jù)井田資源條件,確定礦井年產(chǎn)量60萬t/a,服務(wù)年限約為41年。礦井確定采用立井單水平上下山開采,設(shè)計采用綜合機(jī)械化采煤工藝,走向長壁采煤法,用全部跨落法處理采空區(qū);礦井通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)采用中央并列式,在工業(yè)廣場內(nèi)設(shè)中央風(fēng)井,由副井進(jìn)風(fēng),中央風(fēng)井回風(fēng);礦井通風(fēng)容易時期總阻力為2211.4Pa,通風(fēng)困難時期為2697.2Pa,主要通
2、風(fēng)機(jī)選用BDNO24型通風(fēng)機(jī)。設(shè)計以一個采區(qū)、一個綜采面、一個備采面、兩個掘進(jìn)頭,保證礦井設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力。本設(shè)計還包括礦井提升、運輸、排水和礦井通風(fēng)等系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選型計算,以及礦井安全技術(shù)措施和環(huán)境保護(hù)方面的要求,使得整個礦井的初步設(shè)計更加完整。礦井全部實現(xiàn)機(jī)械化,采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)和借鑒已實現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效現(xiàn)代化礦井的經(jīng)驗,實現(xiàn)一礦一面高產(chǎn)高效礦井從而達(dá)到良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會效益。關(guān)鍵詞:立井單水平走向長壁采煤法綜采采煤工藝中央并列式通風(fēng)104河南理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計ZhongpingoftheGroupPingmeiCoalMineV
