2、流程狀態(tài)，信息資料的情況了如指掌，使其可以做出科學的決策。一個能夠使其實現(xiàn)管理系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動化的房屋中介管理系統(tǒng)就顯得很有必要。本課題在VS2010和SQLServer2005數(shù)據(jù)庫開發(fā)環(huán)境下，基于ASP.NET的技術(shù)進行基本頁面的設(shè)計與功能實現(xiàn)。前臺主要實現(xiàn)了首頁、站內(nèi)新聞頁、用戶注冊頁、房屋信息頁、求租頁面的一些功能。后臺所具有的功能有管理員的操作管理，密碼的修改，站內(nèi)新聞的管理，房屋信息管理，注冊用戶管理等。管理員應(yīng)該能夠在后臺對網(wǎng)站前臺的所有信息進行管理。本系統(tǒng)使用B/S架構(gòu)設(shè)計網(wǎng)站，采用SQL實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫的動態(tài)
