1、成人高等教育畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目1.5Mt/a華北混合原油常壓蒸餾工藝設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生胡夢(mèng)蝶聯(lián)系電話指導(dǎo)教師惠媛媛教學(xué)站點(diǎn)陜西同濟(jì)技術(shù)學(xué)院專業(yè)石油化工生產(chǎn)技術(shù)完成日期2011-6-191.5Mt/a華北混合原油常壓蒸餾工藝設(shè)計(jì)摘要:根據(jù)華北混合原油的評(píng)價(jià)報(bào)告和同類裝置的生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù),并結(jié)合我國(guó)燃料-潤(rùn)滑油市場(chǎng)的需求,確定該原油加工方案為燃料-潤(rùn)滑油型。本設(shè)計(jì)主要對(duì)初餾塔、常壓塔和常壓加熱爐進(jìn)行了工藝設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算,確定了各個(gè)裝置的操作條件。常壓塔采用38層雙溢流F1型重浮閥塔盤,其塔徑為3.8m,塔高30m,該塔設(shè)三個(gè)側(cè)線,分別生產(chǎn)3#航煤、-10#柴油、10#柴油,另設(shè)兩個(gè)中
2、段回流,并根據(jù)氣、液相負(fù)荷進(jìn)行水力學(xué)計(jì)算;加熱爐采用結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、金屬耗量少的立式圓筒爐,其輻射室高16m,節(jié)圓直徑為6.967m;對(duì)流室長(zhǎng)4.817m,寬2.552m,高7.03m。全爐熱效率達(dá)86.84%。最后,應(yīng)用繪圖軟件AutoCAD繪制了該常壓蒸餾工藝的流程圖。關(guān)鍵詞:華北混合原油;初餾塔;常壓蒸餾;加熱爐;工藝計(jì)算TheDesignfor1.5Mt/aAtmosphericDistillationUnitofHuabeiMixedCrudeoilAbstract:Accrodingtothereportofhuabeimixedcrudeoilandth

5、licscalculationoftheatmospherictowerwasobtained.Thefurnaceadoptedverticalcylindricaltypeheater,whichwaswell-unit-structuredandconsumedlessmetal.Theradialchamberwas16mhighandthepitchdiameterwas6.967m.Theconvectionchamberofthefurnacewas4.817mlong,2.552mwideand7.03mhigh.Theefficiencyoft
