1、基于MCGS的雙容水箱液位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)班級(jí)學(xué)生姓名袁超偉指導(dǎo)老師第i頁(yè)共62頁(yè)基于MCGS的雙容水箱液位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)摘要監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件是面向監(jiān)控與數(shù)據(jù)采集的軟件平臺(tái)工具,利用它可以快速、方便的構(gòu)造和生成上位機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),極大的縮短工業(yè)監(jiān)控軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)周期,提高開(kāi)發(fā)效率。隨著信息化速度的加快,監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件將發(fā)揮越來(lái)越重要的作用。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的組態(tài)軟件的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展進(jìn)行了介紹,論述了工業(yè)過(guò)程監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件的基本工作原理,然后以雙容水箱監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)為例,詳細(xì)介紹了基于昆侖通態(tài)MCGS(MonitorandControlGeneratedSystem)的
2、系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控軟件的組態(tài)思路和方法。結(jié)合課題的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了本系統(tǒng)的組態(tài)式監(jiān)控軟件,完成了圖形界面、趨勢(shì)圖、報(bào)表設(shè)計(jì)、I/O變量設(shè)置及報(bào)警界面等模塊的功能設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)MCGS與下位機(jī)PLC的聯(lián)接通訊進(jìn)行了研究,最后,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行了測(cè)試和運(yùn)行,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)人機(jī)對(duì)話方便,系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成靈活,驗(yàn)證了所設(shè)計(jì)的監(jiān)控軟件的有效性。關(guān)鍵詞:MCGS組態(tài)軟件雙容水箱監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)第56頁(yè)共56頁(yè)MonitoringSystemofDoubleCapacityWaterTankofConfigurationSoftwareBasedonMCGSAbstractThemon
