1、端蓋注射模設(shè)計(jì)摘要：首先對(duì)所要設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行工藝的分析與計(jì)算，該塑件采用由丙烯、丁二烯、苯乙烯三種單體共聚而成的ABS為材料，然后在分析計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上確定成型工藝方案，為一模一腔，推桿推出，點(diǎn)澆口，單分型面，澆口套內(nèi)的主流道采用圓錐形，選用的模架為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架，導(dǎo)柱導(dǎo)套的安裝用Z1的安裝方式，再在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)入模具總裝配圖的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以及尺寸的確定。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)注塑模具的主要零部件尤其是成型零部件的尺寸進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算，期間要參考塑料成型相關(guān)的資料和翻閱各種塑料模具設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)，并通過(guò)計(jì)算以確定模具的具體結(jié)構(gòu)及尺寸以及成型零件的相關(guān)尺寸，通過(guò)不
2、斷的計(jì)算與修改，并在指導(dǎo)老師的悉心關(guān)懷和耐心指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行不間斷的反復(fù)修改，最終獨(dú)立完成這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中，主要成型零件采用鑲拼結(jié)構(gòu)，利于加工。另外，本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)我大學(xué)所學(xué)各種知識(shí)的綜合檢驗(yàn)和考查，通過(guò)這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)使我了解和掌握了許多更深層的知識(shí)，并且整個(gè)過(guò)程都是自己獨(dú)立完成的，提升了自己的能力，在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中，詳細(xì)介紹了塑件材料的基本特性和成型特點(diǎn)，模具的結(jié)構(gòu)組成、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、工作原理、設(shè)計(jì)原理、注塑機(jī)相關(guān)參數(shù)、模具材料和熱處理要求等。其中對(duì)澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零部件、結(jié)構(gòu)零部件、推出機(jī)構(gòu)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、排氣系統(tǒng)作了重點(diǎn)闡述。
