1、自整定PID控制器設(shè)計(jì)及仿真分析摘要在一般的工程應(yīng)用中,PID控制器的參數(shù)整定多依賴于人工經(jīng)驗(yàn),雖然不要求精確的受控對(duì)象的模型,但是有些控制器的控制效果不是令人滿意。另外,即使PID控制器的參數(shù)整定的很好,當(dāng)控制對(duì)象參數(shù)變化后,系統(tǒng)的部分性能必然也會(huì)受到影響。本文提出對(duì)PID控制的了解和認(rèn)識(shí),并實(shí)現(xiàn)在仿真軟件MATLAB上的應(yīng)用,制作交互式控制器界面GUI的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)于常規(guī)PID整定本文將選用能夠獲得一階穩(wěn)定降階模型的對(duì)象(FOLPD),設(shè)計(jì)不同的方法,例如Z-N法,C-C方法,IMC方法,并且有根據(jù)指定的預(yù)期目標(biāo)的方法ISE
2、、IAE、ITAE等,并且選用合適的受控對(duì)象進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。同時(shí)模擬了實(shí)際現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的一些情況,用組態(tài)軟件與MATLAB聯(lián)合仿真,實(shí)現(xiàn)了PID整定控制實(shí)驗(yàn)。對(duì)于先進(jìn)控制方法PID整定界面中將使用易于對(duì)任意可控模型控制的適用方法,設(shè)計(jì)不同的控制策略進(jìn)行比較,例如專家控制,模糊控制,CMAC-PID控制等。PID自整定軟件設(shè)計(jì)的展望是希望完成系統(tǒng)仿真和相關(guān)的模塊的設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)應(yīng)用到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試和修正軟件設(shè)計(jì)。關(guān)鍵詞:PID控制、自整定、MATLAB、CMAC-PID法、模糊控制、專家控制、控制系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)。ISelf-tuningPIDCon
