1、乳化液系統(tǒng)論文:冷軋機乳化液系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計【中文摘要】乳化液系統(tǒng)是冷軋板生產(chǎn)過程當(dāng)中至關(guān)重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),對冷軋板起著潤滑作用、冷卻作用和清洗作用。優(yōu)化冷軋機組乳化液流量的控制,不但有益于降低生產(chǎn)的成本,還可以大大提高軋板的質(zhì)量,增加市場競爭力。本文在現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)之上,針對乳化液的供乳過程中存在的滯后、多變量、外界干擾因素多、控制突變等諸多問題。以鞍鋼冷軋廠乳化液站現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)布局為條件,以系統(tǒng)壓力為控制目標(biāo),對乳化液系統(tǒng)中的兩個主要控制系統(tǒng)即大旁通和變頻電機泵,對乳化液系統(tǒng)實行優(yōu)化控制。本文的主要工作如下:1.了解控制對象:針對生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場設(shè)備條件,認(rèn)識兩個主要的
2、控制對象,了解它們的控制性能和控制機理,為實現(xiàn)優(yōu)化控制奠定控制基礎(chǔ)。2.優(yōu)化控制器:根據(jù)控制性能,分別對大旁通和變頻電機泵設(shè)計了基于遺傳算法優(yōu)化的模糊控制器。在MATLAB仿真環(huán)境下,通過仿真證實了控制效果相比于普通控制器在控制精度上更具優(yōu)越性。3.解決突變因素:基于現(xiàn)場條件,設(shè)計了主要控制器和輔助控制器進行協(xié)調(diào)控制,以解決由于選擇控制對象不當(dāng)而引起乳液壓力突變和控制滯后的問題。最終,經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場試驗數(shù)據(jù)分析,證明了優(yōu)化控制策略的有效性和優(yōu)越性?!居⑽恼縀mulsionsystemisacrucialpartofproductingcoldrolledstrip
