2、轉(zhuǎn)移到普通小麥中,從其BC1F6選系中選育出一個(gè)高抗小麥稈銹病、白粉病的優(yōu)良品系CH08-141,并利用分子細(xì)胞學(xué)方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行鑒定。以中間偃麥草基因組DNA為探針的GISH結(jié)果表明,CH08-141中包含1對(duì)來(lái)源于中間偃麥草的染色體,屬于小麥-中間偃麥草異代換系;以平均分布于小麥基因組染色體上的48對(duì)SSR引物對(duì)CH08-141分子標(biāo)記染色體定位,結(jié)果表明,CH08-141中的6B染色體被中間偃麥草的1對(duì)J組染色體所代換。新鑒定的異代換系含有來(lái)源于中間偃麥草的抗稈銹病和白粉病基因,是小麥抗病育種中不可多得的新抗源。關(guān)鍵詞:小麥;中間偃麥
