7、.實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)和研究稻瘟病菌的遺傳變異,了解田間稻瘟病菌群體遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)的多樣性及其動(dòng)態(tài)對(duì)于防治該病具有重大意義.目前,研究稻瘟病菌遺傳多樣性的常用方法為分子標(biāo)記技術(shù),主要包括限制性片段長(zhǎng)度多態(tài)性(RFLP)方法、隨機(jī)擴(kuò)增多態(tài)性DNA(RAPD)技術(shù)、特異性擴(kuò)增片段(SCAR)標(biāo)記、簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)序列(SSR)標(biāo)記、repGPCR技術(shù)、擴(kuò)增片段長(zhǎng)度多態(tài)性(AFLP)、反轉(zhuǎn)錄轉(zhuǎn)座子G微衛(wèi)星擴(kuò)增多態(tài)性(REMAP)
