2、鑒定出來(lái)的MdPG基因除在14號(hào)染色體沒(méi)有分布外,其余都有分布。系統(tǒng)分析了MdPG蛋白的保守基序和MdPG基因結(jié)構(gòu),發(fā)現(xiàn)蘋(píng)果PG蛋白除包含有廣泛存在于各種PG蛋白的4個(gè)保守基序以外,還含有其他相對(duì)特異的保守基序,MdPG75具有最多的外顯子數(shù),達(dá)到18個(gè)。對(duì)85個(gè)蘋(píng)果PG蛋白之間的功能聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,分析預(yù)測(cè)了相關(guān)基因的功能和多個(gè)基因間功能的聯(lián)系,并作了初步驗(yàn)證。關(guān)鍵詞:蘋(píng)果;PG;家族分析;生物信息學(xué)中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):S666.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):0513-353X(2016)10-1863-15IdentificationandPhylogenet
