1、健胃消食口服液聯(lián)合多潘立酮對(duì)兒童功能性消化不良的療效及胃腸動(dòng)力的影響安徽省宿州市市立醫(yī)院R的:觀(guān)察健門(mén)消食門(mén)服液聯(lián)合多潘立酮對(duì)功能性消化不良（FD）患兒R腸動(dòng)力的影響，并分析其臨床療效。方法:收集我院2015年6月至2017年1月治療的FD患兒156例，使用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀(guān)察組各78例。對(duì)照組口服多潘立酮每次0.3mg/kg，3次/天，14d為一療程。觀(guān)察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用健胃消食UI服液，S'OmL/次，3次/天，14d為一療程。胃泌素（GAS）、生長(zhǎng)抑素（SS）使用ELISA法檢測(cè)，胃竇排空率
2、使用超聲顯像測(cè)定。比較兩組患兒臨床療效和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:治療前兩組患兒GAS和SS比較差昇無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〉0.05），治療后觀(guān)察組GAS［（195.64±35.27）ng/L］高于對(duì)照組［（169.84±31.25）ng/L］,治療后觀(guān)察組SS［（21.43±4.16）ng/L］低于對(duì)照組［（27.38±5.07）ng/L,P〈0.05）］。清晨標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)餐后30min、60min和90min觀(guān)察組胃竇排空率均高于對(duì)照組（P〈0.05）。觀(guān)察組臨床治療有效率為92.3%,高于對(duì)照組的75.6%（P〈0.05）
