1、基于顯微CT研宄施肥方式對砂姜黑土大孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的影響蔡太義張佳寶張叢志黃會娟白玉紅趙占輝奎太魁封丘農(nóng)田生態(tài)系統(tǒng)國家試驗(yàn)站/土壤與農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室/中國科學(xué)院南京土壤研究所M南理工大學(xué)河南省科學(xué)院能源研宄有限公司河南省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院施肥方式是改善砂姜黑土大孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的重要措施之一。木研究選取中國科學(xué)院與河南省人民政府合作的"砂姜黑土改良"長期施肥定位試驗(yàn)平臺(河南省西平縣)的3個處理:CK(對照,秸稈還田)、SC(常規(guī)施用化肥)和SM處(施有機(jī)肥),運(yùn)用顯微CT掃描田間原狀土柱,采用ImageJ1.51K軟件及其插件對土壤孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行三維重建,定量研宄了不同施肥方式下土壤孔隙數(shù)量、形態(tài)和空間
2、變化特征。結(jié)果表明:砂姜黑土孔隙度和土壤孔隙數(shù)量變化趨勢一致。土壤總孔隙度變化順序?yàn)镾M〉CK〉SC。其中,SM處理不同土層孔隙數(shù)量最多,空間變異也最大;CK處理次之,SC處理居最后。SM和CK處理的分形維數(shù)最高,土壤孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜且穩(wěn)定,SC處理分形維數(shù)較低,孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)相對簡單。SM處理綜合表現(xiàn)較優(yōu),是砂姜黑土結(jié)構(gòu)改良的一種推薦施肥方式。關(guān)鍵詞:土壤孔隙;施肥方式;砂姜黑土;顯微CT;分形維數(shù);黃淮海平原;putedtomography(CT)imagesCAITaiyiZHANGJiabaoZHANGCongzhiHUANGHuijuanBAIYuhongZHAOZhanhuiLITaikui
