1、硅烷化處理對燒結(jié)釹鐵硼永磁材料耐腐蝕性能的影響張浩張鵬杰曹玉杰劉家琴衣曉飛陳靜武吳玉合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)工業(yè)與裝備技術(shù)研宄院稀土永磁材料家重點實驗室(安徽大地熊新材料股份有限公司)合大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工g學(xué)院采用環(huán)境友好的硅烷化處理技術(shù)在燒結(jié)釹鐵硼磁體表面制備一層硅烷轉(zhuǎn)化膜,對燒結(jié)釹鐵硼磁體進(jìn)行暫時性防護(hù)。采用正交試驗對過程中的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。釆用冷場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、拉力試驗機、動電位極化曲線及中性鹽霧試驗(NSS)對所制備的硅烷轉(zhuǎn)化膜的形貌、膜/基體之間結(jié)合力以及耐腐蝕性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:硅烷轉(zhuǎn)化膜均勻的涂覆在燒結(jié)NdFeB磁體表面,涂層致
2、密性高、無孔隙、裂紋等缺陷。硅烷轉(zhuǎn)化膜與基體之間的膜/基結(jié)合力強度可達(dá)14.14MPa。薄膜耐中性鹽霧試驗可達(dá)12h,硅烷轉(zhuǎn)化膜在W化過程中醇基之間脫水縮合反應(yīng)使硅烷轉(zhuǎn)化膜表面形成只有不同交聯(lián)密度的IX域,在NaC1溶液中交聯(lián)密度低的區(qū)域首先水解溶解是造成磁體表面硅烷轉(zhuǎn)化膜腐蝕失效的主要原因。關(guān)鍵詞:燒結(jié)釹鐵硼;永磁材料;硅烷轉(zhuǎn)化膜;耐腐蝕性能;腐蝕機理;基金:中國博?丄?后科學(xué)基金(2017M612065)EffectofsilanizationtreatmentoncorrosionresistanceofsinteredNdFeBpermane
