1、海南氣象信息傳輸實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)趙冰崔鑫謝寒生海南省氣象信息中心隨著觀測氣象資料種類的不斷增加，傳輸時效要求增高，且傳輸流程越來越復(fù)雜，對氣象信息傳輸也提出了更高的要求。但是目前氣象信息的釆集與傳輸還缺乏統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃，且采集與傳輸平臺分散，給業(yè)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)控帶來了諸多困難。為了實時監(jiān)控海南各氣象臺站氣象資料并同時保證氣象信息傳輸統(tǒng)計的及時性，設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了海南氣象信息傳輸實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)基于SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫，采用客戶端/服務(wù)端(C/S)和瀏覽器/服務(wù)器(B/S)相結(jié)合的模式，保證上行氣象資料
2、的實時傳輸，并實現(xiàn)了對上行資料和全省網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài)的實時監(jiān)控，同時還可實時掌握全省各市縣臺站的氣象信息傳輸時效統(tǒng)計情況。該系統(tǒng)自投入業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用以來，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，能及時提醒值班人員進(jìn)行監(jiān)控，保障了氣象信息傳輸?shù)目煽啃?，有效提高了工作效率和信息質(zhì)量。關(guān)鍵詞：氣象佶息;監(jiān)控;統(tǒng)計;傳輸及時率;趙冰(1987-),女，，研究方向為計算機(jī)技術(shù)與應(yīng)用及新一代移動通信。2016-11-15基金：國家科技支撐計劃課題(2013BAK05B03)DesignandImplementationofReal-timeMonito
