1、基于流固耦合的超聲污垢檢測數(shù)值模擬孫靈芳徐曼菲孔盛琦東北電力大學(xué)自動(dòng)化工程學(xué)院基于ComsolMultipysics仿真軟件,建立了聲發(fā)射稱合的板材-污垢多層有限元模型。以彈性動(dòng)力學(xué)和壓力聲學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ),推導(dǎo)了薄平板型試樣在平面波輻射下的聲波振動(dòng)控制方程,研究丫流相與固相區(qū)域超聲傳播特性規(guī)律,實(shí)現(xiàn)丫二維平板污垢縱、橫波分離的彈性數(shù)值模擬,通過分離后的波場提取,對薄層平板沉積污垢厚度進(jìn)行高精度檢測。數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果表明:流相區(qū)域服從微小聲波波動(dòng)方程傳播規(guī)律,固相IX域也能很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)彈性縱橫波的完全分離提取;超聲波對薄層平板沉積污垢的檢測

7、tualheatexchangesystem.Keyword:Heatexchangefouling;Ultrasonicdetection;P-ands-wavesseparation;Numericalsimulation;引言換熱器是將熱流體的部分熱量傳遞給冷流體的設(shè)備。根據(jù)冷、熱流體熱量交換的方式可分為間壁式、混合式和蓄熱式換熱器UL在三類換熱器中,間壁式換熱器應(yīng)用最多。板式換熱器(plateheatexchanger,PHE)是典型的間壁式換熱器,0前己廣泛應(yīng)用于電力、化工、冶金、紡織等領(lǐng)域m。結(jié)垢作為換熱器中一種極為普
8、遍的現(xiàn)象,給生產(chǎn)效率和安全性造成負(fù)面影響,因此對污垢的監(jiān)測、預(yù)測與消除的研宄正日益受到各國研宄人員的重視位1。目前,較為普遍的換熱污垢無損檢測方式是利用熱力學(xué)方法,采用熱阻作為污垢量的間接衡量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行檢測U1。而這種方法受多參數(shù)測量準(zhǔn)確性影響,可信
