2、054)摘要:選擇甘家湖梭梭林自然保護(hù)區(qū)濕地邊緣地帶作為研究區(qū)域,研究荒漠鼠類活動(dòng)對(duì)土壤的擾動(dòng)效應(yīng)及對(duì)梭梭生長的影響。在甘家湖濕地邊緣進(jìn)行隔月分季定期采樣,對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行測(cè)試和分析研究。結(jié)果表明:(1)荒漠鼠類活動(dòng)對(duì)土壤容重、含水量、總孔隙度以及pH值均有明顯影響;(2)鼠類活動(dòng)對(duì)土壤酶活性有影響,鼠害區(qū)脲酶、蛋白酶、過氧化氫酶和蔗糖酶的活性變化,在整個(gè)觀測(cè)期均較對(duì)照區(qū)低;(3)鼠類活動(dòng)對(duì)梭梭生長的影響顯著,鼠害嚴(yán)重區(qū)植株高度、冠幅偏低,植株死亡數(shù)目相對(duì)較高。關(guān)鍵詞:濕地;鼠害;土壤質(zhì)地;土壤酶活性;梭梭;擾動(dòng)效應(yīng)中圖分類號(hào):X171
