2、保鮮劑處理均低于對照;可溶性蛋白質(zhì)含量先升后降,瓶插第4天達(dá)到最高值,保鮮劑處理始終高于對照;MDA含量呈上升趨勢,對照明顯高于保鮮劑處理;CAT活性先升后降,添加基質(zhì)M的處理②高于處理①和對照。保鮮劑處理的百合切花SOD活性和葉綠素含量顯著高于對照,處理②優(yōu)于處理①。各處理蕾長先增大后減小,元帥處理②的瓣長最大。[結(jié)論]保鮮劑能延長百合切花的瓶插壽命,增強(qiáng)SOD和CAT活性,增加葉綠素含量,減緩蛋白質(zhì)降解,延緩切花衰老,提高觀賞品質(zhì),且處理②優(yōu)于處理①。關(guān)鍵詞保鮮劑;百合切花;保鮮效果;生理效應(yīng)+中圖分類號Q949.718.23文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼
