2、d后,咪鮮胺的分解率達(dá)86.22%以上,冷庫(kù)條件下70d達(dá)90%以上。最終殘留量,以高劑量900mg/kg浸果一次,儲(chǔ)藏天數(shù)7~21d,常溫條件和冷庫(kù)條件下果肉中的殘留未檢出,全果中的殘留常溫下是0.925~3.345mg/kg,冷庫(kù)條件下是2.789~4.182mg/kg。常溫儲(chǔ)藏較低溫儲(chǔ)藏降解速度顯著加快,其殘留代謝物主要集中于果皮,而果肉部分殘留極少。按GB2763-2005,咪鮮胺在香蕉上的MRL值為5mg/kg,45%咪鮮胺乳油在香蕉貯藏時(shí)采用500~1000倍浸果,浸果1min,且浸果1次,貯藏保鮮7d以上,是安全的。關(guān)鍵詞咪鮮胺;香蕉;殘留消解;安全性中圖分類號(hào)S668.
