1、重組人血管內(nèi)皮抑素聯(lián)合順鈾治療惡性腹腔積液的臨床觀察肖鋒肖茂良（通訊作者）唐友斌顏學軍（湖南屮醫(yī)藥高等?？茖W校附屬第一醫(yī)院腫瘤一科412000）A的：評價重組人血管內(nèi)皮抑素（恩度）聯(lián)合順鉑腹腔注射治療惡性腹腔積液的療效與安全性。方法：76例經(jīng)病理確診的晚期惡性腫瘤合并腹腔積液患者，行腹腔穿刺引流后，隨機分為兩組。試驗組：腹腔注射重組人血管內(nèi)皮抑素60毫克，順鉑40毫克Dl,4,7,三次為1周期；對照組：單用順鉑40毫克腹腔注射D1,4,7,其余同試驗組。按照WHO胸腹水療效評價標準和NCI-CTCAE4
2、.0標準分別評估療效及毒副反應。結果：試驗組和對照組的客觀有效率分別是65.7%和41.4%,，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（p<0.05）;疾病控制率分別是94.2%和58.5%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（p<0.05）。試驗組與對照組相比生活質量有改善的趨勢。不良反應主要是白細胞減少，血小板K降，心臟毒性，惡心嘔吐，兩組無統(tǒng)計學差異（p>0.05＞。結論：重組人血管內(nèi)皮抑素（恩度）聯(lián)合順鉑腹腔注射治療惡性腹腔積液療效好，毒副反應小，值得臨床推廣?！娟P鍵詞】重組人血管內(nèi)皮抑素順鉑惡性腹腔積液R45A16
