1、北京市某低溫?zé)崴匕遢椛洳膳こ淘O(shè)計(jì)BeijingLowtemperaturehotwaterfloorradiantEngineeringDesign屆系專業(yè)學(xué)號(hào)學(xué)生姓名指導(dǎo)教師完成日期摘要本設(shè)計(jì)主要是對(duì)北京市某住在樓進(jìn)行低溫?zé)崴匕遢椛洳膳南到y(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。該建筑物共二十層,建筑面積為9607m2,建筑總高60m,層高3m,由于建筑高度高于50m,對(duì)建筑在垂直方向上分為高低兩個(gè)區(qū)。設(shè)計(jì)主要任務(wù)對(duì)低溫?zé)崴匕遢椛洳膳瘒鴥?nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,總負(fù)荷為472kW,由于地板輻射采暖室內(nèi)實(shí)感溫度高于設(shè)計(jì)溫度,所以計(jì)算時(shí)將所得
2、結(jié)果取95%,以滿足節(jié)能要求。在管道鋪設(shè)方面,選擇了交聚乙烯管道雙回形鋪設(shè)方式,在各戶安裝溫控閥和熱計(jì)量表,對(duì)各用戶進(jìn)行溫度控制熱盒分戶計(jì)量。對(duì)管網(wǎng)進(jìn)行水力計(jì)算確定管徑,根據(jù)供熱管網(wǎng)的水力計(jì)算結(jié)果選擇用戶系統(tǒng)與供熱管網(wǎng)的連接方式及用戶入口裝置,確定換熱站的熱力計(jì)算和設(shè)備選型等。本設(shè)計(jì)所用外網(wǎng)熱力熱水,外網(wǎng)所提供95/75℃熱水。在住宅樓的東面建一所換熱站,換熱后供回水溫度40/30℃,換熱站設(shè)備包括換熱器、循環(huán)水泵、補(bǔ)水泵、除污器等,采暖補(bǔ)水為軟化水,定壓采用補(bǔ)水泵變頻定壓形式,采暖水溫要求自動(dòng)控制。
