1、小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)摘要本文參考了目前國內(nèi)小區(qū)物業(yè)管理的發(fā)展情況以及管理模式，對小區(qū)物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)進行了總體的設(shè)計，建立基于Web的運行平臺，實現(xiàn)方便快捷的前端Web登陸和查詢，采用MicrosoftAccess2003作為后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫，采用ASP技術(shù)對數(shù)據(jù)庫進行操作和維護。本文討論了訪問Web數(shù)據(jù)庫的五種方法，介紹每種方法的工作原理和優(yōu)缺點。最后，本文對利用ASP技術(shù)訪問數(shù)據(jù)進行了闡述和介紹。主要介紹了ASP的工作原理，頁面結(jié)構(gòu)，ASP提供的內(nèi)置對象和組件以及使用ASP對Web數(shù)據(jù)庫進行操作的方法。同時，對基于B/S的小區(qū)

2、物業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)方法作了說明。本系統(tǒng)要實現(xiàn)的總體功能是對房屋資料和住戶信息進行統(tǒng)一的管理。房屋資料管理包括：管理員的房屋資料管理和房屋資料的查詢；住戶信息管理包括：住戶信息管理，住戶投訴及報修，小區(qū)公告及論壇。本人負(fù)責(zé)房屋資料管理模塊，主要實現(xiàn)如下功能：管理員的房屋資料管理：包括房屋資料的添加,房屋資料的刪除,房屋資料的編輯修改。管理員可以在網(wǎng)上對每個房屋的資料信息進行統(tǒng)一的管理。房屋資料查詢：這個模塊可以讓管理員和普通用戶進行關(guān)于房屋資料的查詢。方便用戶知道自己或別人的房屋信息。并對每個功能模塊的設(shè)計思路和
