4、至今已經(jīng)非常密切，兩岸政府都必須面對兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)交流所產(chǎn)生的問題。進一步而言，在面對全球化的競爭與機遇，兩岸政府都應該努力透過兩岸經(jīng)濟合作，增進兩岸人民的福祉與企業(yè)的競爭力。要達成「兩岸經(jīng)濟合作機制」的可行方式有三：第一、立即恢復?；鶗c海協(xié)會的協(xié)商機制；第二、透過既有的WTO與APEC溝通管道；第三、透過作者設計的三個進程：兩岸經(jīng)濟論壇、兩岸經(jīng)濟合作理事會、與兩岸經(jīng)濟聯(lián)盟。EnglishAbstract:Cross-StraiteconomicexchangehasbeenincreasingveryrapidlyandbothgovernmentsacrosstheTaiwanStra
