1、順鉑+IL-2胸腔內(nèi)灌注治療老年晚期肺腺癌惡性胸腔積液【摘要】目的：觀察順鉑+il-2胸腔內(nèi)灌注聯(lián)合培美曲塞全身化療治療老年晚期肺腺癌惡性胸腔積液的臨床療效及毒副反應(yīng)。方法：老年肺腺癌并胸腔積液患者共51例，采用順鉑40mg/m2及il-2150萬u胸腔灌注保留，每周一次，共2周，同時應(yīng)用培美曲塞，第1天，每3周重復(fù)，完成2個周期。治療第4周評價療效及毒副作用。結(jié)果：51例患者均可評價療效，完全緩解者16例，部分緩解者25例，無效者6例，其有效率為80.39%，完全緩解率31.37%。結(jié)論：順鉑+il-2胸腔內(nèi)灌注聯(lián)合培美曲
