1、全套設(shè)計(圖紙)加扣扣194535455電冰箱升降平臺設(shè)計摘要電冰箱是現(xiàn)代人們生活必需的家用電器,和大部分的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品一樣,在批量化生產(chǎn)的過程中,電冰箱的制造也是流水線的。一般的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品在生產(chǎn)中必須保證一道工序向下一道工序的轉(zhuǎn)移連接,然而生產(chǎn)活動常常局限于生產(chǎn)場地、技術(shù)要求以及裝配工藝等各種條件的限制,這一系列的問題促使人們不斷完善現(xiàn)代流水制造業(yè)產(chǎn)品線的機械化、自動化甚至智能化。比如當(dāng)對某一產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)時在不同工序段有不同高度要求時,人們引入了“升降設(shè)備”,本設(shè)計就是針對于電冰箱生產(chǎn)線的升降環(huán)節(jié)展開一系列設(shè)計。對于一種機械設(shè)備的設(shè)計而言,首先必須了解產(chǎn)品
2、的作用和意義,因此對市場要有必要的調(diào)查和了解,比如常用電冰箱的尺寸、重量以及材料種類,同時要切合實際地考察企業(yè)的產(chǎn)能要求、生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍和勞動效率。進而對應(yīng)列出出合理尺寸以及工作條件的“升降設(shè)備”初步要求,以此為本設(shè)計的大綱。按照此要求,通過機械原理設(shè)計,一一進行草圖繪制、運動分析、力學(xué)校核,結(jié)合生產(chǎn)生活實際選擇出最優(yōu)的方案。以此為藍(lán)本再進行CAD圖紙制作,材料確定以及動力確定。在整個設(shè)計的過程中,可以通過生活工作實踐,總結(jié)改進方案,盡可能將最終成果最優(yōu)化。關(guān)鍵詞:流水線升降設(shè)備設(shè)計III全套設(shè)計(圖紙)加扣扣194535455Designofrefri
