2、本設(shè)計是30萬噸/年產(chǎn)乙烯裝置中脫甲烷塔進料冷卻裝置的設(shè)計。脫甲烷塔分四段進料,每段進料溫度各不相同,本次設(shè)計是針對其中一股進料的冷卻裝置設(shè)計。在進料時增加冷卻器,可以有效減少塔底再沸器的負荷,降低成本。在設(shè)計換熱器時,除了需要考慮換熱器能否滿足工藝需求外,還需充分了解各種換熱器所適用的場合、優(yōu)缺點,以便綜合考慮,選擇出成本最低的方案;本次設(shè)計通過分析,最終選擇單管程、單殼程的固定管板式換熱器;根據(jù)工藝要求,進行工藝計算,初算換熱器尺寸大?。桓鶕?jù)國標,對換熱器進行機械設(shè)計和校核,同時進行附件選擇,完成換熱器裝配圖紙。本次設(shè)計的重點是設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和強度校核。本文設(shè)計內(nèi)
