1、攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)鐵水裝入量150噸的提釩轉(zhuǎn)爐車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生姓名:鐘志乾學(xué)生學(xué)號(hào):201211303123院(系):資源與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院年級(jí)專業(yè):2012級(jí)冶金工程指導(dǎo)教師:丁滿堂副教授助理指導(dǎo)教師:二〇一六年五月攀枝花學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘要摘要本設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)鐵水裝入量150噸的轉(zhuǎn)爐提釩車間工藝設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)介紹了頂?shù)讖?fù)吹工藝部分。該設(shè)計(jì)介紹了一系列的提釩工藝。從物料平衡與熱平衡計(jì)算開始進(jìn)行初期參數(shù)的確定,設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括:轉(zhuǎn)爐爐型選擇、供氧壓力、供氧時(shí)間、底氣選擇、轉(zhuǎn)爐底吹元件選擇與布置、復(fù)吹工藝設(shè)計(jì),其中復(fù)吹工藝設(shè)計(jì)是本設(shè)計(jì)的核心。該設(shè)計(jì)由一座頂?shù)讖?fù)吹轉(zhuǎn)爐采
