1、胰腺癌根治術(shù)胰腸吻合方式探究［摘要］目的：探討胰腺癌根治術(shù)胰腸不同吻合方式對(duì)臨床效果影響，以提高吻合質(zhì)量。方法：選取2010年4月至2013年4月收治的50例胰腺癌患者為研究對(duì)象，平均分成2組，均予以胰十二指腸切除術(shù)，分別予捆綁式胰腸端端吻合和套入式胰腸端端吻合，觀察2組術(shù)中及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：捆綁式吻合組并發(fā)癥總發(fā)生率12%,1、3、5年生存率分別為76%、48%、16%；套入式吻合組并發(fā)癥總發(fā)生率20%,1、3、5年生存率分別為72%、52%、20%,2組生存率比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p>0.05)。另外2組在手術(shù)時(shí)間、術(shù)中出血
