2、ingtheheatingcurveoptimizingmethodandcurekineticequationofphenolformaldehyderesinprepreg.Calculateandcomparethenonuniformityofplatpartswiththicknessof1.5mm,2mmand2.5mmunderdirectheatingcurverespectively.Thenonuniformityofplatpartwiththicknessof2.5mmunderheatingcurvewhichisused
3、inactualproductionandoptimizedheatingcurvearealsoanalyzed,respectively.Correspondingflatpartcuringexperimentsareimplemented.Resultsofsimulationsshowthatthecuringuniformityofflatpartimprovesunderoptimizedheatingcurve.Accordingly,experimentresultsshowthatundertheoptimizedheating
4、curve,deformationofcuredflatpartreducescompareswithunderadirectheatingcurve,andthesameshapeofflatcompareswiththeflatcuredunderheatingcurvewhichisusedinactualproduction.Theoptimizedheatingcurvesaves26.5%ofthetimecomparedwiththeexistingprocess,meansthisheatingcurveoptimizingmeth
