2、在固化加熱曲線中合理安排升溫和保溫過程,提高固化度的均勻性。首先,通過有限元模擬,獲得制件的固化度場和溫度場,確定其不同時刻固化速度最大差值,再進一步計算出固化速度最大差值的一階微分。通過比較固化速度最大差值及其一階微分的極小值時刻制品的固化特性,確定升溫和保溫的時間。模擬結果表明,優(yōu)化前后的固化度最大差值從9.8%降低到4.9%,溫度最大差值從18.2℃降低到7.3℃,制品的固化度場和溫度場均勻性有較大改善。關鍵詞:樹脂基復合材料;熱固化;固化度場;溫度場;均勻性;優(yōu)化中圖分類號:TB332文獻標
