1、摘要我國(guó)中低壓配電網(wǎng)廣泛采用小電流接地系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)發(fā)生單相接地故障的幾率最高。由于單相接地后的故障電流較小,故障特征微弱,特別是中性點(diǎn)經(jīng)消弧線圈接地系統(tǒng),接地點(diǎn)的殘余電流更小,且故障線路的相位發(fā)生改變,因而小電流接地系統(tǒng)單相接地故障選線問題雖經(jīng)多年研究但尚未能很好解決,嚴(yán)重阻礙了供電可靠性和綜合自動(dòng)化水平的提高。論文通過深入地研究小電流接地系統(tǒng)單相接地故障過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)故障后暫態(tài)過程中包含大量有用的高頻特征信息,而具有時(shí)頻局部性和多分辨率分析的小波理論恰恰能較好地提取該暫念高頻特征。利用小波對(duì)暫態(tài)突變信號(hào)和微弱變化信號(hào)的優(yōu)勢(shì)處理能力,論文構(gòu)造出
2、基于小波變換模極大值奇異性檢測(cè)原理的選線判據(jù),彌補(bǔ)了傳統(tǒng)的基于穩(wěn)態(tài)分量故障選線方法的不足。論文利用MATLAB6.5中的SIMULINK5.0和電力系統(tǒng)工具箱SimPowerSvstems,詳細(xì)敘述了母線帶三出線的35KV小電流接地系統(tǒng)仿真模型的構(gòu)建過程,特別說明了建模仿真中具體細(xì)節(jié)的處理。將仿真后的波形數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入MATLAB6.5中的小波分析工具箱中,選擇DBlO作為小波基函數(shù),進(jìn)行四尺度的一維離散小波分解;由中性點(diǎn)電壓經(jīng)過重構(gòu)后的第一尺度高頻細(xì)節(jié)部分確定接地時(shí)刻,由各出線零序電流經(jīng)過重構(gòu)后的第四尺度高頻細(xì)節(jié)部分識(shí)別出接地線路。最后本文進(jìn)行
