1、工程碩士論文大型高精度賦形雷達(dá)天線制造技術(shù)研究摘要某新研的新型號(hào)雷達(dá),采用了余割平方賦形的反射面天線設(shè)計(jì),天線口徑尺寸大,面型精度高,生產(chǎn)制造是一個(gè)難題。本文結(jié)合該天線的研制,提出了一種全新的速度快、成本低,并可以滿(mǎn)足精度指標(biāo)要求的成套工藝解決方案,圓滿(mǎn)完成了該天線的制造,并經(jīng)反射面精度檢測(cè),以及天線電性能指標(biāo)測(cè)試,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。本文對(duì)天線制造現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,指出了常規(guī)制造模式在骨架成形、焊接應(yīng)力處理、肋板安裝、網(wǎng)面成形及精度檢測(cè)等方面存在的困難和不足,并以此引出了本文的研究主題。正文對(duì)該賦形天線的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和工藝特性進(jìn)行了仔細(xì)分
2、析;圍繞骨架制造、反射面檢測(cè)技術(shù)、肋板成形及安裝、網(wǎng)板形式及鋪設(shè)等幾個(gè)方面,針對(duì)常規(guī)模式的不足,提出了全套的解決思路和方案;最后以解決方案為主線,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)骨架成形和反射面裝調(diào)等給出了具體的工藝方法,完成天線制造,并經(jīng)實(shí)測(cè)達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。本文采用通用工裝和平面模板相組合的工裝方案,避免了大型專(zhuān)用工裝投入高、周期長(zhǎng)的不足;提出雙惰性氣體保護(hù)焊工藝,有效控制了薄板焊接質(zhì)量;引入頻譜諧波時(shí)效技術(shù),解決了焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件的時(shí)效處理問(wèn)題;引入雙經(jīng)緯儀測(cè)量系統(tǒng),解決了肋板及網(wǎng)板高精度裝調(diào)和檢測(cè)的問(wèn)題,實(shí)踐證明該方案有效可行,專(zhuān)項(xiàng)投入少,見(jiàn)效快,對(duì)其它大型結(jié)構(gòu)件
