1、山東理丁大學碩士學位論文摘要本文采用濕袋式冷等靜壓成型熔融石英陶瓷天線罩。研究了顆粒級配、水份和粘結(jié)劑含量、裝料工藝及壓制工藝對熔融石英粉成型性能的影響,針對導彈天線罩構(gòu)件進行了模具和工裝研究,并且對石英陶瓷燒結(jié)工藝進行了研究。結(jié)果表明:原始粉料粒度分布為雙峰分布的粉料所制成的制品比由原始粉料粒度分布為單峰分布的粉料所制成的制品的體積密度大,顯氣孔率小,抗彎強度高:濃度為5%的聚乙烯醇溶液的加入量為30wt%,造粒料水份含量為0.5.1wt%時,粉料的流動性好,填充密度高,壓縮比適中,壓制的坯體外形規(guī)整,強度大;熔融石英粉裝料的振動頻率為25.30Hz,振動時間為120s時,粉料填充均
2、勻,填充密度大,壓制時坯體成型性能良好;對于截面尺寸小的熔融石英粉坯體,成型壓力為l50MPa,保壓時間為20s時,坯體及制品的密度和強度趨于最大;最高燒成溫度1250。C,保溫3h,600℃前緩慢升溫,此后快速升溫,所制備的石英陶瓷天線罩性能優(yōu)異,體積密度約為1.959.cm一,顯氣孔率約為10.20%,抗彎強度約為59.2MPa;針對導彈天線罩構(gòu)件進行模具和工裝設(shè)計時,采用振動裝料保證了粉料填充均勻,通過優(yōu)化工藝參數(shù)解決了坯體層裂和表面不規(guī)整等缺陷,根據(jù)實驗確定的工藝參數(shù),成功制備出了外型規(guī)整、性能優(yōu)異的石英陶瓷天線罩r西197×499mm)。關(guān)鍵詞石英陶瓷:冷等靜壓成型;燒結(jié):天
