1、高精度、寬動態(tài)范圍溫度溫差儀的研究摘要本文介紹了基于MSP430F149芯片的高精度、寬測溫范圍的溫度溫差測量儀的研究。該測溫儀具有精度高、測溫范圍寬、抗干擾能力強、穩(wěn)定性好等特點,具有良好的應用前景。本文首先介紹了溫度測量的方法和發(fā)展概況以及課題研究的現實意義,比較了熱電偶和熱電阻的測溫方法,說明了儀器的工作原理,采用橋式R.v電路和24位的A/D轉換器實現了高精度、寬動態(tài)范圍。接著本文詳細介紹了硬件各功能模塊的原理、設計方案、芯片選擇依據和調試方法,詳細說明了采用模塊化方法設計的測溫儀軟件部分及其流程,同時介紹了最小二乘法擬合溫度曲線的方法,

6、onwiththeleast—squaremethodwasintroduced.Atlast,thispaperpresentssomeanti—interferencemeasuresofthehardwareandsoftware,filterarithmeticandthesystemdebuggingprocess.Fromtheresultofdebuggingandmeasurement,thisinstrumentisverygoodtogettothegoal,andtherangeoftemperaturemeasuremen
