2、了的挑戰(zhàn)。流通領(lǐng)域的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)放、商品結(jié)構(gòu)的高級(jí)化、信息手段的普及、電子商務(wù)的蓬勃興起使得外貿(mào)企業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)的政策、信息優(yōu)勢(shì)逐步喪失,外貿(mào)企業(yè)必須依據(jù)自身比較優(yōu)勢(shì),在鞏固外貿(mào)主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)的前提下,努力向?qū)崢I(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域發(fā)展,拓展企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展空間。今后,江蘇外貿(mào)企業(yè)必須在正確的戰(zhàn)略思想指導(dǎo)下,進(jìn)行企業(yè)發(fā)展的重新定位,及時(shí)調(diào)整、創(chuàng)新企業(yè)的發(fā)展策略,通過(guò)深化體制改革、進(jìn)行管理創(chuàng)新、實(shí)施資產(chǎn)運(yùn)作、開(kāi)展多元化經(jīng)營(yíng)、積極“走出去”、建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、發(fā)展電子商務(wù)、優(yōu)化管理者群體結(jié)構(gòu)和建立學(xué)習(xí)型員工隊(duì)伍,培育企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,重新確立外貿(mào)企業(yè)在人才、信息、資
