1、第40卷第12期天津大學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)Vn1.40No.122007年12月JournalofTianjinUniversityDec.2007二級網(wǎng)調(diào)峰集中供熱系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)方案鄭雪晶,由世俊,姜南(1.天津大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,天津300072;2.天津大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,天津300072)摘要:二級網(wǎng)調(diào)峰集中供熱系統(tǒng)能夠很好地適應(yīng)由室外氣溫變化引起的用戶負(fù)荷變化.通過建立集中供熱系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)工況、調(diào)峰運(yùn)行和非調(diào)峰運(yùn)行工況的熱平衡方程,研究該類系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)方案,推導(dǎo)得出運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)水溫的求解方法.對某供熱系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行模擬實(shí)例分析,確定了采用不同調(diào)節(jié)方案時系
2、統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù).同時確定了熱力站換熱器一級網(wǎng)側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)出口水溫為130℃和80℃,二級網(wǎng)側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)出口水溫為60℃和81℃.對比各方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),得出運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)的最優(yōu)方案:一級網(wǎng)在調(diào)峰運(yùn)行時采用量調(diào)節(jié),非調(diào)峰運(yùn)行時采用質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié);二級網(wǎng)采用分階段改變流量質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié).關(guān)鍵詞:集中供熱;調(diào)峰鍋爐;二級網(wǎng);熱平衡;運(yùn)行調(diào)節(jié)中圖分類號:TU833.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:0493—2137(2007)12—1511-06OperationalRegulationScheduleofDistrictHeatingSystemwithPeak—LoadBoile

8、耗],身特點(diǎn).本文根據(jù)供熱系統(tǒng)熱平衡原理,就系統(tǒng)供熱參具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益.因此對供熱系統(tǒng)的調(diào)節(jié)與控?cái)?shù)采用何種供熱方案,如何進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)以滿足用戶熱需制,在供熱和控制領(lǐng)域受到了廣泛關(guān)注H].求進(jìn)行了
