1、第62卷第1期化工學(xué)報(bào)Vol62No12011年1月CIESCJournalJanuary2011研究論文基于赤鐵礦載氧體的煤化學(xué)鏈燃燒試驗(yàn)顧海明,沈來宏,吳家樺,肖軍,張思文(東南大學(xué)熱能工程研究所,江蘇南京210096)摘要:化學(xué)鏈燃燒是一種具有CO2內(nèi)分離特性的燃燒方式。以赤鐵礦為載氧體,在1kWth級串行流化床上進(jìn)行了煤化學(xué)鏈燃燒試驗(yàn)。討論了燃料反應(yīng)器溫度對氣體產(chǎn)物組分的影響;比較了各反應(yīng)參數(shù)對煤氣化效率、煤氣化產(chǎn)物的轉(zhuǎn)化效率及碳捕集效率的影響情況,分析了煤中硫的排放問題。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:溫度由9
2、00升高到985,燃料反應(yīng)器中CO體積份額逐漸增加,CO2體積份額逐漸減小,空氣反應(yīng)器中CO2濃度呈線性下降。燃料反應(yīng)器溫度的升高促進(jìn)煤氣化效率及碳捕集效率大大提高。載氧體量和系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷是煤氣化產(chǎn)物轉(zhuǎn)化效率的主要影響因素,載氧體量的增加和負(fù)荷的增加分別會(huì)使煤氣化產(chǎn)物轉(zhuǎn)化效率提高和下降。燃料反應(yīng)器中的硫主要-6-6以SO2形式存在于燃料反應(yīng)器,隨溫度的升高,SO2濃度由51510逐漸增加到56210。關(guān)鍵詞:串行流化床;煤;化學(xué)鏈燃燒;載氧體;鐵礦石中圖分類號(hào):TQ546文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):0438-1157(2011)01-0179-0
