1、第62卷第1期化工學報Vol62No12011年1月CIESCJournalJanuary2011研究論文基于赤鐵礦載氧體的煤化學鏈燃燒試驗顧海明,沈來宏,吳家樺,肖軍,張思文(東南大學熱能工程研究所,江蘇南京210096)摘要:化學鏈燃燒是一種具有CO2內分離特性的燃燒方式。以赤鐵礦為載氧體,在1kWth級串行流化床上進行了煤化學鏈燃燒試驗。討論了燃料反應器溫度對氣體產物組分的影響;比較了各反應參數對煤氣化效率、煤氣化產物的轉化效率及碳捕集效率的影響情況,分析了煤中硫的排放問題。試驗結果表明:溫度由9
2、00升高到985,燃料反應器中CO體積份額逐漸增加,CO2體積份額逐漸減小,空氣反應器中CO2濃度呈線性下降。燃料反應器溫度的升高促進煤氣化效率及碳捕集效率大大提高。載氧體量和系統(tǒng)負荷是煤氣化產物轉化效率的主要影響因素,載氧體量的增加和負荷的增加分別會使煤氣化產物轉化效率提高和下降。燃料反應器中的硫主要-6-6以SO2形式存在于燃料反應器,隨溫度的升高,SO2濃度由51510逐漸增加到56210。關鍵詞:串行流化床;煤;化學鏈燃燒;載氧體;鐵礦石中圖分類號:TQ546文獻標志碼:A文章編號:0438-1157(2011)01-0179-0
