1、武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文點(diǎn)焊電極表面振動電火花熔敷TiC的研究姓名:程長坤申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):材料加工工程指導(dǎo)教師:董仕節(jié);陳貽宏20040510武漢科技大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文第1頁摘要由于點(diǎn)焊電極點(diǎn)焊鍍層鋼板的壽命比點(diǎn)焊非鍍層鋼板的壽命短,隨著鍍鋅鋼板在汽車構(gòu)件中應(yīng)用的日益增加,電極的耗量也增加,所以提高點(diǎn)焊電極壽命的研究具有重要的意義。本文研制了Rc型點(diǎn)焊電極表面電火花振動熔敷裝置,并通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了點(diǎn)焊電極表面電火花振動熔敷TiC涂層的工藝,利用x射線衍射技術(shù)、掃描電子顯微鏡研究了未熔敷TiC涂
2、層的電極和熔敷TiC涂層的電極在點(diǎn)焊過程中電極端面結(jié)構(gòu)變化和電極失效機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明:點(diǎn)焊電極表面電火花振動熔敷TiC涂層的最佳工藝參數(shù)是電壓為7.5V,電容為6X22000uf,熔敷棒振動頻率為75Hz,電極轉(zhuǎn)速為280r/min。點(diǎn)焊電極在最佳參數(shù)下熔敷120秒,其表面涂層厚度為lO—15um。熔敷TiC涂層的電極的使用壽命可達(dá)到1600點(diǎn),是未熔敷TiC涂層電極壽命(700點(diǎn))的2.3倍。熔敷TiC涂層提高了電極壽命原因是電極表面熔敷Tic涂層能阻礙電極與鍍鋅板之間的局部焊接以及減緩電極表面的
