2、空、航天、汽車等制造業(yè)受到高度重視,并面臨新的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)。介紹板材液壓成形技術的發(fā)展現狀,重點介紹近年發(fā)展的徑向主動加壓充液拉深、預脹充液拉深、正反向加壓充液拉深、雙板成對液壓成形和熱態(tài)液壓成形技術。分析國內外板材液壓成形技術在汽車、航空航天等領域的應用現狀,綜述板材液壓成形裝備的研制進展,介紹正在研制的世界最大的噸位為150MN、液體容積為5m的液壓成形裝備,對板材液壓成形技術的發(fā)展趨勢進行展望。關鍵詞:板材液壓成形;充液拉深;拉深比;起皺;成形精度:曲面件;車身覆蓋件中圖分類號:TG394NewDevelopmen
