1、捷運技術(shù)半年刊第47期123BIM軟體平臺概述及實施建議12陳育聰田宏鈞摘要現(xiàn)今產(chǎn)業(yè)因為環(huán)境因素的差異,導(dǎo)致土木建築業(yè)在電腦輔助設(shè)計(ComputerAidedDesign,CAD)的應(yīng)用上,尤其是3DCAD的應(yīng)用深度及普及率,相較於製造業(yè),明顯落後約15~20年。其實,Autodesk副總裁PhilBernstein早在2002年即以BuildingInformationModeling(簡稱BIM,譯為建築資訊模型化),闡述土木建築產(chǎn)業(yè)的設(shè)計理念,至今已10年。但BIM在臺灣卻一直未被業(yè)界所普遍採行,直至2010年,捷運局因應(yīng)節(jié)能、減廢、綠能、效率
2、等國際產(chǎn)業(yè)趨勢,率先將BIM規(guī)範(fàn)要求置入標(biāo)案中,同時在客觀環(huán)境上也因資訊硬體成本(硬碟、記憶體)大幅下降,以及穩(wěn)定的64位元作業(yè)系統(tǒng)的推陳出新、可支援64位元軟體的增多…等諸多因素配合下,才一舉引爆了國內(nèi)土木建築業(yè)對BIM的好奇及熱潮。BIM的實施即是以單一資料庫的觀念,運用「3D建築資訊模型」為基礎(chǔ)所發(fā)展出的各種加值應(yīng)用,其目的在於協(xié)助優(yōu)化整個建築物生命周期管理。也因為涉及的是建築物之生命周期,所以BIM相關(guān)的軟體應(yīng)用五花八門,也因此常讓新接觸BIM的新手眼花撩亂。因此本文整理了BIM入門的4種相關(guān)軟體介紹,並在最後為導(dǎo)入BIM的作法上提出了建議,祈
3、能在近程目標(biāo)上讓新進入BIM領(lǐng)域者可快速了解BIM之觀念及應(yīng)用,在遠程願景則希望透過BIM觀念的分享、落實應(yīng)用而達到節(jié)能、減廢(含誤作重工的浪費),以催生更多綠能智慧建築,同時也為促進臺灣建築土木產(chǎn)業(yè)永續(xù)發(fā)展、保有國際競爭力,盡一份心力。關(guān)鍵詞:BIM、建築資訊模型AnOverviewoftheBIMSoftwarePlatformandImplementationSuggestions12ChenYu-TsungTienHung-ChunAbstractAtonetime,differencesintheindustrialenvironmentca

6、incorporateBIMintocontractspecifications.Meanwhile,anumberoffactorssuchasthesubstantialcostdeclineofIThardware(harddrivesandmemory),innovationofstable64-bitoperatingsystems,increaseof64-bitsoftware,etc.havestimulatedcuriosityoverBIMandmadeitalltherageinthedomesticconstructionind
7、ustry.Basedonthesingledatabaseconcept,BIMdevelopsvariousvalue-addedapplicationstohelpoptimizemanagementthroughouttheentirelifecycleofabuilding.AsBIMinvolveseveryphaseofabuilding′slifecycle,BIM-relatedsoftwareapplicationsaremultifarious,makingiteasyforaBIMnovicetobecomeveryconfus
8、ed.Inthispaper,theauthorscompilefourkindsofBIM-
