1、捷運技術(shù)半年刊第47期123BIM軟體平臺概述及實施建議12陳育聰田宏鈞摘要現(xiàn)今產(chǎn)業(yè)因為環(huán)境因素的差異，導(dǎo)致土木建築業(yè)在電腦輔助設(shè)計（ComputerAidedDesign,CAD）的應(yīng)用上，尤其是3DCAD的應(yīng)用深度及普及率，相較於製造業(yè)，明顯落後約15~20年。其實，Autodesk副總裁PhilBernstein早在2002年即以BuildingInformationModeling（簡稱BIM，譯為建築資訊模型化），闡述土木建築產(chǎn)業(yè)的設(shè)計理念，至今已10年。但BIM在臺灣卻一直未被業(yè)界所普遍採行，直至2010年，捷運局因應(yīng)節(jié)能、減廢、綠能、效率
2、等國際產(chǎn)業(yè)趨勢，率先將BIM規(guī)範(fàn)要求置入標(biāo)案中，同時在客觀環(huán)境上也因資訊硬體成本（硬碟、記憶體）大幅下降，以及穩(wěn)定的64位元作業(yè)系統(tǒng)的推陳出新、可支援64位元軟體的增多…等諸多因素配合下，才一舉引爆了國內(nèi)土木建築業(yè)對BIM的好奇及熱潮。BIM的實施即是以單一資料庫的觀念，運用「3D建築資訊模型」為基礎(chǔ)所發(fā)展出的各種加值應(yīng)用，其目的在於協(xié)助優(yōu)化整個建築物生命周期管理。也因為涉及的是建築物之生命周期，所以BIM相關(guān)的軟體應(yīng)用五花八門，也因此常讓新接觸BIM的新手眼花撩亂。因此本文整理了BIM入門的4種相關(guān)軟體介紹，並在最後為導(dǎo)入BIM的作法上提出了建議，祈
