4、cases.Weinvestigaleclinicalsymptomsofeachpatientsintwogroupswhichincluclingtypicalinteresophagealsymptoms(heartburn，returnacid,:returnfood)anduntypicalextraesophagealsymptoms(chestpain,throatpain,swallowdifficulty,gingivitis,trachitis,asthma,nightcough),westatisticsocc
5、urrenceratesofeverysymptoms,comparethestatisticsdifferenceoftheratesintwogroups.WeusePPI,mucousprotectivecovering,gastricmoti1ityandmultisystcmandcomplexcure,ThenwccompareRDQresuItsofpatientsbeforeandaftercomplexcure.RESULTS:Occurrenceratesofinteresophagealsymptomsintw
6、ogroupshasnostatisticsdifference(p>0.05)；Theratesofextraesophagealsymptomsintwogroups(agedgroupishigherthennonagedgroup)havestatisticsdifference(p<0.01),GERDpatientsintwogroupsRDQresuItshavestatisticsdifferencebeforeandaftermultisystcmaticcomplexcure(p<0?01).Sothecurat
