2、一Ti02為金屬氧化物涂層,通過電極性能表征對涂層配方進(jìn)行研究,分析Ru對酸性氧化電位水涂層鈦陽極性能的影響,探索燒結(jié)溫度和熱處理時間對涂層晶粒大小及表面形貌的影響.試驗結(jié)果表明,Ru是陽極具備電催化活性的主要組分,對涂層表面幾何結(jié)構(gòu)的形成,析氯反應(yīng)催化活性的增強及電極壽命的提高,均起著主要作用.Ru的摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)小于30%時,未出現(xiàn)單質(zhì)金屬釕和銳鈦礦相T,涂層晶型呈理想的金紅石晶型;Ru的摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)為25%時,電極涂層的強化壽命最長.綜合考慮涂層陽極的性能與成本,Ru的最佳摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)為25%.燒結(jié)溫度對涂層晶粒大小及表面形貌
